The villa is located in Hondon de los Frailes at 35 km from the coast of Santa Pola and 30 km from the airport of Alicante.

Hondon de los Frailes, originally a settlement of La Romana in Lumbam, is a relatively new town that became independent in 1926 from the other Hondon, Hondon de las Nieves.

It is a typical agricultural village. 74% of the land is agricultural land, in particular vineyards and fields of olive- and almondtrees.

The average size of agricultural companies is 2 hectares. The village is famous for its table grapes which are harvested in December.

Hondon de los Frailes is a beautiful authentic village with a lively square with numerous terraces and restaurants. It is here you can linger and mingle with the locals who are very friendly.

There are several shops (baker, butcher, etc ...) and a supermarket.
From Hondon you can make beautiful trips.
This region is also very popular with mountain bikers. The mountains and the beautiful nature are ideal for them, so you will regularly encounter them.

Beginning of August you can enjoy in nearby Hondon de las Nieves local festivals, celebrated with processions, a medieval market and various performances on a big stage in the town square of Hondon and / or Aspe.
